Helix -- Knitting Patterns -- PDF Download
If you are looking for a sock pattern that is perfect for Indie dyed yarn, this is it! Helix is a three-row repeating pattern that utilizes two high-contrast colors. However, you will only be working with one color at a time.
This top-down slipped stitch sock pattern is written for use with circular needles, but can be worked with DPNs or individual circular needles. 9-inch circulars are not recommended for this pattern.
The nature of the Helix pattern is such that it is a fairly close-fitting; however, it is easily possible to go up by a needle size for a looser fit.
