Green River -- Rhapsody -- Yak/Silk/SW Merino
Rhapsody is a kitten-soft fingering weight yarn that you really can't live without. In it's natural color it is a light, silvery grey. Overdyed for color consistency in small batches, that subtle natural color highlights a truly earthy and incredible color palette. Although not particularly recommended for socks, Rhapsody is a next-to-the-skin dream for accessories and garments.
This incredibly luxurious and squishy yak blend is hand-dyed using a unique eco-friendly dye process that requires small dye lots and creates vividly amazing and repeatable colors. If you require a sweater's quantity, it is recommended that you request a custom order (at no extra charge) to ensure that all skeins are in the same dye lot.
Non-toxic dyes are fixed using an eco-friendly binding process that prevents bleeding and fading, even under normal washing machine conditions. The superwash quality means less pilling and more elasticity than untreated merino.
