A simple and basic toe-up sock pattern for men and women!
This pattern is written using the Magic Loop method for two-at-a-time knitting, but it can also be adapted to single-sock knitting by following instructions only for Sock A.
This pattern uses the short-row heel method; however, any afterthought heel or other heel method can be substituted.
This pattern uses the figure-8 cast-on method.
Materials:
Needles: US 1 (2.5mm) circular needles [47” (119cm) length recommended].
Yarn: Cedar Hill Farm Company Rocket Sock (463 yds. / 100g or any yarn of comparable weight); colorway pictured is We’re All Mad Here
Gauge: 8 stitches x 12 rows = 1 inch (stocking stitch).
Notions: 1 locking marker; yarn needle; 2 optional sliding markers.
Sizing: Small (7” circumference); Medium (8” circumference); Large (9” circumference); Extra-Large (10” circumference).
