Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an order turns out to be a little different from what you were expecting in terms of true colors, WPI, etc.
Physical products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase in their original, unaltered condition. If you have removed the ties and wound a skein into a cake, cut the yarn, or in any way altered the original appearance and quality of the item that you have received, we cannot accept a return for that item. We also do not provide return shipping labels nor do we refund the original cost of shipping. We will, however, process a return on all funds related to the purchase of the item(s) that you are returning. We cannot be held responsible for either the length of time required to ship the item(s) to us or to the amount of time it may take for your return to be processed by your banking/credit card institution. Once an order is received, a refund is issued within 24 hours of receipt provided all conditions of quality have been met.

If you discover after you have opened your package that something is missing or damaged, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
In order to complete a successful return, we will need the following information:
- Valid email address
- Order Number (printed at the top of your shipping invoice)
- Your shipping address (if you are exchanging the item)
- Tracking number for item being returned
- Phone number
You do not need to include the original shipping invoice that was sent to you.
If you wish to exchange an item that you have purchased for another item, it is necessary that you contact us by email to give us the details of your request. You will be sent an invoice by email for any additional charges related to the item exchange, including postage for shipping the new item and pricing variations. If there is an overpayment post application of new shipping charges, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
