Should you wish to return an item other than a PDF that has been shipped to you via your purchase email, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss refund or exchange concerns. I will do my best to achieve customer satisfaction. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any additional import taxes / return shipping charges, as applicable. No returns will be given without the buyer providing return tracking information to the seller to verify that the item has been shipped back to the seller. I will not give a refund for an item that I have not received or for which I cannot verify tracking. I will also not refund an item that has been altered by the buyer in any way, including cutting and self-dying.
PDF purchases are non-refundable.
Please allow 1-2 days for processing in-stock orders. Items are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight of package and a tracking number is always provided to our customers. If you would like additional options (i.e.signature confirmation or additional insurance) contact me. Additional fees may apply. Cedar Hill Farm Company cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail, either domestic or International, but we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner.
Shipping overages above $1.50 will be refunded. It is often difficult to calculate precisely international shipping costs, as weight of items varies depending on the order. You will be notified via Paypal, depending on your method of purchase, if a shipping overage refund has been issued.
Items that are ready made are usually shipped within 48 hours of verified purchase, provided there is not a federal holiday to delay shipping. Friday's and Saturday's orders may not ship until the following Monday. For custom orders, please allow the number of days stated in the informational exchange between buyer and seller, plus standard shipping periods. Refunds will be provided for any orders lost due to shipping concerns. Combined shipping costs are available for multiple items sent together. A refund is sent via Paypal.
Seller is not responsible for delays in shipping due to inclement weather or customs processing.
International Customers: I ship via First Class International 6-15 business days, but it is not guaranteed. Please check with Customs in your country to see if an item will be allowed into your country and what the customs and shipping charges are - (there will be a small packaging fee attached), we are not responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees. Also, International packages cannot be tracked. Buyer is responsible for any and all fees levied by Customs.
