Traveler Superwash British BFL sock yarn is a hard-wearing yarn that is ideal for socks and gloves. From its durability to its washability, Traveler is ideal. Traveler has every feature that you love in a sock yarn and there is plenty for a pair of adult knee socks or a standard shawl. Because the non-toxic dye is fixed using a completely eco-friendly process, you don't have to fear that these amazing colors will fade or bleed under normal washing machine conditions. All of our Traveler yarn is dyed by hand in very small batches of 3 hanks at a time.  Each speckled hank is hand dyed at Cedar Hill Farm and each is unique in patterning, even if multiple hanks are available in the same colorway.  

Tonal yarns are dyed in repeatable colorways. Intensity of color may vary slightly from skein to skein due to the natural uptake ability of the fiber.

Excellent stitch definition. Nylon component helps to eliminate pilling to to preserve elasticity of the yarn.
